Best Healthy Restaurants In London

Chelsea, London

Chicama is a seafood restaurant in Chelsea with flavours from Peru. All the dishes are fresh and utterly delicious. We could eat here every day of the week…

The décor is chilled boho chic. Expect to find rugs on the chairs and pretty ceramics.

The menu is small but every dish is insanely good and it’s a great option for vegetarians with so much on offer. We ate Padron peppers, popped corn monkfish cheeks, crispy aubergine, spicy crab and papaya salad. The dishes are all perfect for sharing.

For anyone looking to eat out in the Chelsea area this would be one of my top recommendations and it’s not expensive.

It would also be a great spot for private events or large groups. In the summer they have a sweet outdoor area which is lovely for those summer days.

In short, it’s a must visit destination.

Marylebone, London

Delamina is a really cool café style restaurant on Marylebone Lane. The décor is exposed brickwork, wooden floors and hanging plants.

The staff are all super friendly and passionate about the menu.

The food is Eastern Mediterranean with a focus on healthy eating. We tried a selection of dishes as they all sounded so delicious: house hummus, turkey shawarma and marinated squid. It’s perfect for sharing and have also popped in for a quick lunch on my own.

I can highly recommend it. Apparently brunch is also fantastic.

Portobello Road, London

You MUST check out Farm Girl on the Notting Hill’s iconic Portobello Road.

Farm Girl is run by two friends of ours, who do great coffee and even better food…

Everything that they have on the menu is good so you really can’t go wrong with what you order. Everything is really healthy and it is a great spot for weekend brunch.

They have got several locations over London so we would definitely recommend checking out the others too if they suit you better.
